Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of PinTheDate. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

PinTheDate lets you publish event calendars that your audience can sync to Apple, Google, Outlook and other calendar apps, along with hosted sync pages, embeddable widgets and analytics. We may update or improve features over time.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

The free tier is available at no cost. Paid plans are billed per brand, in advance, on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give reasonable notice of any price change.

You retain ownership of the event data and subscriber data you collect. You are the controller of your subscribers' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, including obtaining valid marketing consent where required. You must maintain your own privacy notice for your subscribers.

You agree not to use the service to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to send unsolicited marketing without consent, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. Calendar sync timing is controlled by the subscriber's calendar provider and is not guaranteed to be real-time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
